Tayva Taylor
managing attorney & mediator

Tayva Taylor is a dedicated attorney and experienced mediator with a passion for helping families navigate some of life’s most important transitions with clarity and care. Her legal practice focuses on estate planning, elder law, and mediation, allowing her to provide holistic support that honors each client’s values and goals.

Tayva has been mediating since 2008, building her foundation in the field by dedicating her undergraduate studies to the art of conflict resolution. She later earned her law degree in Arizona and returned home to Alaska, where she now proudly serves individuals and families throughout the state.

A lifelong Alaskan and graduate of Houston Jr/Sr High, Tayva understands the unique needs of local families and brings a deep sense of commitment to her community. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband, children, and their two dogs, often surrounded by extended family.

Jackie
client service director

Jackie brings over two decades of experience in estate planning, beginning her career as a paralegal in 2003. Raised in a family-owned estate planning law firm, she developed a deep understanding of the importance of thoughtful planning from an early age. Now, as our Client Services Director, Jackie is honored to guide families through the process with empathy and care.

Having personally navigated the challenges of aging parents and the loss of loved ones, Jackie has seen firsthand how proper planning can ease life’s most difficult transitions. Her passion for estate planning is rooted in her belief that peace of mind comes from being prepared.

Outside of the office, Jackie enjoys traveling, painting with acrylics, and spending quality time with her husband and children. Most weekends, you’ll find her cheering from the sidelines at her kids’ sporting events.
